Set your calendars for Saturday, October 4th. In the spirit of the Olympics, we have 3x Olympian Celita Schutz coming to our state to conduct a training seminar in New London. This seminar will have 2 sessions one designed for juniors and one for seniors. So mark your calendar you don't want to miss this one! Registration information will be out soon.

Team Valiant is the 2008 JLOC Kohaku Champions . With their win against Ryokubi on Sunday, June 8th Team Valiant became our new JLOC Championship Team. They will be presented with the championship award. I would like to thank all of our coaches for making this a great league season and congratulate VALIANT MARTIAL ARTS. The JLOC Kohaku Champion Award we be presented to Valiant Martial Arts in August.

2008 Kohaku Championship Award
Speaking of champions. The 2008 Kohaku Championship Award will go to the top rated JLOC Team indicated at the end of our season. So play fair and have judo fun. Check the rankings often. We are into our 2007-08 season with many more events ahead. The winner gets to proudly display the championship award at their dojo.
